Unos artificios reales… y de verdad

Este fin de semana, en Londres, es el del The Mayor’s Thames Festival. En su página de internet dicen de sí mismos:

“The Mayor’s Thames Festival is London’s largest outdoor arts festival and one of the most spectacular, feel-good London events of the year. It is a celebration of London and the River Thames, one that is free and open to all.”

El festival, con el que se celebra el fin del verano, aunque instaurado en 1997, nos lleva algo más de dos siglos y medio atrás en el tiempo.

Aunque sin Georg Friedrich Haendel, quedan los fuegos artificiales.
